People choose a restaurant on the room as much as the menu. We photograph the space, the people in it and the small details that make it yours.
Before anyone reads your menu they have already decided how your room feels. Interior photography is what makes that decision for you, and it is the part most restaurants skip, which is why so many listings are one dark phone photo of an empty corner.
We shoot the room when it is set and the light is still coming through the front, usually in the hour before service. Plaster, brass, worn wood, the pass, the bar, the corner table people ask for. Then the people, because a room reads as somewhere you want to be when there is someone in it.
The result is a library rather than a handful of shots: enough consistent images that your site, your Google listing, your booking platform and your feed all look like the same place. We also cover shops and events, which is how we ended up photographing a wine merchant that has been open since 1897.

When is the best time to shoot a room?
Usually the hour before service, when the room is set and there is still daylight coming in. For rooms that only work at night we shoot in the evening instead, which is how we photographed Mej Janssen.
Do you photograph people as well as the space?
Yes. A room reads as somewhere you want to be when there are people in it. That can be your team, or a real service with guests.
Do you shoot shops and events?
Yes. We photographed Wijnhandel Appeldoorn front to back and then stayed for a tasting evening and shot the room full of people.
Do you travel outside Arnhem?
Yes. We are based in Arnhem and shoot across the Netherlands.
